Have you ever wondered how scientists on Earth use coding and engineering to discover the secrets of faraway places in space? In this program, you will explore computer coding for real-life applications. Together we will face engineering challenges as we learn block-based coding. During the program you will build a model satellite, rover, or probe, and will even code it to function on a variety of space missions. You will become familiar with the iterative design process, and will deepen your knowledge of both our Solar System and computer programming. This program includes visits to science center exhibits. *No coding experience required.
